This artwork is my creative vision of a personal experience. Recently I was away at Mystery Bay, and I was sitting looking at the ocean for some time and a deep sadness came over me. I felt like I could fall down and weep for hours and then thought why do I feel this with these beautiful waves crashing in? It was cathartic and healing and slowly I stopped fighting back the tears and by the time I left I felt as though the ocean had taken away some deep-seated sadness along with the tide. I left feeling healed and light. The ocean was my conduit of light a magic source of healing and comfort.
